Nipple & Areola Reconstruction

The Nipple and Areola course consists of theory and practical elements covering the process of surgical mastectomy and areola and nipple reconstruction to using medical tattooing to enhance and create a simulated 3D enhanced areola.

With some surgical procedures such as a breast uplift and breast reduction can sometimes leave scarring and asymmetrical areola shapes. Areola tattooing can restore the areola shape and allow for customised colour to be implanted into the scarring area to improve texture and appearance.
