  • Entry to this course requires VTCT Level 4 Micropigmentation and a full VTCT Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology. If you are a qualified Permanent Makeup artist without these qualifications please get in contact as we can help you with a ‘conversion to VTCT level 4’ and an Anatomy and Physiology Level 3 online course. 
  • You must have been a practising artist with a minimum of 6 months working on clients with a good understand the experience with pigments using digital machine.  
  • Minimum age 18 years. An excellent level of English is required to join this course including spoken, written and understanding English fluently.

Acceptance varies by insurer; a student approved by one may be denied by another, even with the same qualifications. We recommend that students check their insurance coverage before enrolling in a course, as they are responsible for ensuring they meet the requirements of their chosen insurer.

It’s important for students to meet minimum prerequisites, particularly for advanced treatments. All our courses are insurable with Holistic Therapy Services (Marc) [link here] an excellent insurer based on our 16 years of experience. However, we advise conducting your own due diligence before registering with any insurance company, as the ultimate responsibility lies with you. As a VTCT ITEC private academy, most insurers will cover our regulated and Ofqual-recognised courses. For CPD courses, which offer certificates of achievement or attendance, consult your insurance provider before booking any training.

The theoretical components of this training are completed online via our dedicated training portal. Once you book your course and payment has been received in full, we will send you login details to access and complete your home study modules. 

The course includes 30 modules, all of which must be completed at the latest by 7 days prior to the start of your online induction and in person training. To give yourself enough time to absorb the material, we recommend completing these modules a minimum of 1 month prior to your training date as you may need to return to parts of the online to refresh prior to practical training. The completion of the theoretical learning is compulsory prior to the training at academy.

Footwear should be flat-soled closed-toe shoes for safety reasons. We do now allow flip flops or sandals for hygiene and safety reasons. If applicable, long hair must be neatly tied back away from face and shoulders. We recommend leaving valuables, such as jewellery, at home.
