Excellent training academy and trainer. I have done the foundation semi permanent make up course ( lips, eyes and brows) and can highly recommend. I met Tracy at a professional industry show after researching SPMU training and despite other trainers/providers being available in my local area I decided to go with her as she was able to offer 1:1 and small group training. Her attention to detail and extremely high standards is reflected in her quality of training and her 25 years industry experience means that she is able to bring to the table and share so much more practical experience. I completed the Li-Ft tattoo removal course yesterday with Tracy and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I did the all round training course in permanent make up with tracy a while ago. Id done a lot of research before and decided to go with signiture even though there were other people closer to me. Im SO glad i was trained by this amazing woman!! She has prepared me for a career in an industry where you need to be the best. The knowledge and constant support is invaluble and nothing is ever too much trouble. Shes always at the end of the phone and is always constructive! Id highley reccomend training with tracy! I have recently completed a microblading course with signature academy and I can't tell you how pleased I am to have trained with them. The training was unbelievably good and as there was only me and one other the learning was so foucused and in depth. We were supported and encouraged throughout and since the training has finished we have been so well supported with our case studies. We constantly get feedback and support with every aspect of microblading which is invaluable because the first part on your own can be quite scary. I can't recommend training with Signature academy more....you get first class training, a brilliant started pack and aftercare and support I don't believe you would get with many other training academy's. Thank you so much Signature academy for my training and for also supporting me through my journey!

Had my eyebrows microbladed as a model on the 17th September. Huge thanks to Tracey, Sharon and Callie for a really great experience, really professional and also made me feel at ease. Brows doing really well so far, fanatical about the aftercare as I want them to look good. Fiancé thinks they look real! Can't wait for my top up �

Tracy is fantastic !! I'm a qualified microblader and wanted to convert to machine, Tracy from the moment I booked gave me so much support even before I arrived for my training !! Tracy has so much knowledge and is an expert in what she does giving me confidence in learning the machine and coming away after training and putting it into place. I will definitely be back to updated my skills. Anyone looking to convert to machine I would highly recommend!

I’ve recently trained with Tracy and I cannot recommend her enough. She has been so supportive from the moment I contacted her. She’s always on the end of the phone if I need support or help. The training was thorough, but at the same time very enjoyable. Tracy took her time and it wasn’t rushed at all, plus she really made me feel at ease. Really great models were provided, which really helped me and I have walked away feeling very confident and excited about the future. I trained at Signature Academy on the basic microblading course. Initially four days but also includes lots of mentoring days which other courses don't include. Tracy Fensome is a fantastic trainer and the after support is amazing, highly recommended!! I'm so happy I attended and now fully qualified �
