This form takes just 5 minutes and it allows us to capture more about you and which course to match you to.

We will then reply:

  • With further questions or a booking form and deposit request to secure your selected day if still available. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of the booking form sent by email. Once deposit is paid a patch test will be sent to you with full venue details in the post.
  • On day of treatment. Arrive 5 minutes early to complete paperwork.  From time to time we may run over. We try our best to be on time but we do not rush any model treatment as safety and results are paramount.
  • Full consultation will be performed on the day, pre and post photos taken.
